Accessing and using your account dashboard

This article will help explain how to access your account dashboard where you can view your picks, purchase history, and update your account details.

Here is a video demonstrating how to access your account dashboard and picks on a mobile device.

Step 1: Login

ON SMALLER MOBILE DEVICES

Find the tricorn / hamburger menu button in the upper right corner, click it to expand the mobile menu.
Select "Login" from the options. If you do not see login, but see "View Picks" and "Logout", skip to step 2.
Enter your phone number and click "Get Code". Please allow up to 30 seconds to get the code.
Enter the code into the form and click "Login".
You will be redirected to the home page.

ON DESKTOP AND LARGER MOBILE DEVICES

Select "Login" from the main menu at the top of the page. If you do not see it but "View Picks" and "Log out", skip to step 2.
Enter your phone number and click "Get Code". Please allow up to 30 seconds to get the code.
Enter the code into the form and click "Login".
You will be redirected to the home page.

Step 2: Navigate to your account dashboard.

Select "View Picks" from the main menu.
You will be taken to your account dashboard

Available pages within the account dashboard.

There are many different pages within the account dashboard. Here is a brief description of each.

Page	Description
Picks	This is the default page you will be on when first accessing your account dashboard. It will list all picks you are currently entitled to based on your active subscriptions and packages. Filter: For your convenience, you may filter your picks by Expert, League, or Subscription. This is located at the top of the list of picks. Pagination: If you have several active subscriptions, it will be likely that this list will be broken up into multiple pages. At the bottom of the current page there will be a navigational element that will allow you to move between the pages.
Past Picks	This page has all past picks relating to any purchase you have made. Filter: For your convenience, you may filter your picks by Time Period, Expert, League, or Subscription. This is located at the top of the list of past picks. Pagination: If you have made several purchases with us, it will be likely that this list will be broken up into multiple pages. At the bottom of the current page there will be a navigational element that will allow you to move between the pages.

Subscriptions	This page lists all current and past subscriptions you may have purchased with helpful links to allow you to view the current picks and past for the particular subscription.
Purchase History	This is an itemized list of your transaction history, how much was paid, and similar billing records for your account.
Refunds	This page will list the Guaranteed picks which lost and paid a refund crediting your account.
Contact Details	Here you can update your contact information at any time.
